The type of personal information we collect

  • Employer name and parental leave policy details (where voluntarily provided for our Nuggbase database)

  • Community profile information (including posts, comments, and activity within our Circle community)

  • Masterclass and membership purchase history

  • Email engagement data (opens, clicks) via MailerLite

  • Website usage and analytics data (via Google Analytics)

  • Any information you voluntarily share when contacting us or completing forms

How we get your personal information and why we collect it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when you:

  • Purchase a masterclass or membership via our website

  • Join our Circle community

  • Sign up to our email list

  • Contact us by email or via social media

  • Complete a form or survey

  • Submit your employer's parental leave policy to Nuggbase

We also receive personal information indirectly from the following sources:

  • Squarespace and Stripe, when you make a purchase on our website

  • Circle, our community platform, which captures profile and activity data

  • MailerLite, our email marketing platform, which records engagement with our emails

  • Google Analytics, which collects anonymised website usage data

We use the information you have given us in order to:

  • Deliver masterclasses, membership benefits, and other products you have purchased

Your information is securely stored across our third-party service providers (Squarespace, Stripe, Circle, MailerLite, and Airtable), all of which operate appropriate technical and organisational security measures in line with GDPR requirements.

We keep your personal data for as long as you hold an active membership or have an open account with us, and for up to 2 years after your last transaction or interaction with us. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Payment card details are never stored by Nugget Savings — these are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor.
