Policy Details

The level of pay you receive whilst on parental leave is dependent on your length of service on the date you go on parental leave.

Less than 6 months - you are only entitled to any statutory pay
6 months - 1 year - we will top up your statutory pay to 50% of your salary for 3 months, after which you will receive statutory pay
1-3 years - we will top up your statutory pay to your full salary for 3 months, after which you will receive statutory pay
Over 3 years - we will top up your statutory pay to your full salary for 6 months, after which you will receive statutory pay
