The employee will receive the equivalent of 6 months full pay, spread out over 39 weeks.
Full pay includes all Statutory Maternity pay. If an employee has received enhanced Maternity/Shared Parental leave in the preceding
12 months, they will receive Statutory pay only, irrespective of service.

If you decide to cease employment whilst on leave what is the clawback policy?
If employees do not return to work or leave the Company’s employment voluntarily within 12 months of returning to work, the Company reserves the rightto reclaim any enhanced company maternity pay.
