All employees who have been employed by ProblemShared for a continuous period of at least 26 weeks at the end of the qualifying week (this is the 15th week before the expected week of childbirth) are entitled to family leave and pay.

Maternity or Adoption (primary carer):
- 12 weeks paid at 100% of your salary, then
- 12 weeks paid at 50% of your salary, then
- 15 weeks paid at the statutory rate
