Policy Details

NFS enhanced maternity pay is paid to employees who have had 52 weeks continous service at the notification week (when you tell NFS you are pregnant).

Enhanced Maternity Pay is at full pay, inclusive of Statutory Maternity Pay at the lower statutory rate for 12 weeks, followed by 27 weeks of SMP.

Enhanced Maternity Pay is on the condition that the full amount will be repaid by the employee should they not complete six months service following their agreed return to work date.

During maternity leave you will continue to accrue holiday and service.

You may work for up to ten 'Keeping in touch' days

If you decide to cease employment whilst on leave what is the clawback policy?

Yes. Full repayment of all maternity pay
