Enhanced Maternity Policy

16 weeks 100% of basic salary
followed by 23 weeks statutory as fixed by Government

at least 52 weeks at the end of the Qualifying Week

The policy is silent and I am unaware of any clawback

6 weeks at 90%, 33 weeks at £172.48 or 90% avg weekly earnings whichever is lower

You need to have been continuously employed by your employer for at least 26 weeks by the week you were matched with a child

You never have to pay back statutory adoption pay
