A total of 26 weeks at 100% of your notional basic pay (including the
6 weeks of SMP at 90% of your notional basic pay), or the SMP flat rate
if this is higher + 13 weeks at the SMP flat rate (this rate changes on 1 April every year -if you are already on maternity leave when the rate is changed you will be entitled
to the new rate introduced for the remainder of your leave).
How long do you have to work at the company to qualify?
you have been continuously employed for at least 26 weeks up to the qualifying week (15th week) before the expected week of childbirth and are still employed by us during that week - I find this very hard to interpret so even I can't be sure what it means
If you decide to cease employment whilst on leave what is the clawback policy?
