YPu get 52 weeks of ordinary maternity leave which is made up if 26 week ordinary maternity leave paid at your normal rate of pay, 13 weeks of SMP of that 6 weeks at 90% of your normal wage, the last 13 weeks are paid at SMP rates and then 13 weeks of nothing

You repay any departmental maternity pay less any SMP you have been paid
