Maternity or adoption leave (i.e. for the mother or main adopter):
● First 13 weeks of leave at your full basic salary;
● Followed by 13 weeks of leave at half your basic salary;
● Followed by 13 weeks of leave at the statutory rate; and
● Any further leave is unpaid.

How long do you have to work at the company to qualify?

To qualify for ANY of the enhanced payments above, you must:
● have been employed for two years (at the start of your actual leave period),
● come back to work for a minimum of 6 months after the end of your leave, and
● confirm that you agree to formally accept the enhancement on that basis (through a written agreement).

If you decide to cease employment whilst on leave what is the clawback policy?

If you subsequently leave Conversion before working a full six months following your return from leave, you agree to repay immediately any amounts paid to you by Conversion above any statutory entitlement, and for any such sum(s) to be recoverable as a debt.
