If you have been employed continuously by the Company for 2 years or more before the start of your MLP you will receive full pay for the first 13 weeks of the MLP. If you have been employed continuously by the Company for 5 years or more before the start of your MLP you will receive half pay for an additional 13 weeks of the MLP (total of 26 weeks).

If you decide to cease employment whilst on leave what is the clawback policy?

n order to retain the Company’s enhancement to your SMP, you will be required to return to work for a period of at least 6 months following either your return from MLP, or your return date from your final period of Shared Parental Leave or ShPP (please refer to the Shared Parental Leave policy for further information), whichever comes later. If you leave the Company within the 6 months after returning from MLP or Shared Parental Leave, you may be required to repay any enhanced maternity pay or enhanced Shared Parental Pay received over and above the SMP or ShPP. In order to qualify for any future EMP, or Enhanced ShPP you will need to return to work continuously for at least 6 months following the your return from MLP or your return from your final period of Shared Parental Leave, whichever comes later.
